Permadur System’s have a wide range of Pad sizes and Pad material as well as various size Vacuum Pumps to support the design and build of Systems to the individual customer’s application. Built in to every System is a Vacuum Reservoir to support holding the load if power fails. Systems are designed with an industry leading 3 to 1 Safety Factor and Meet ASME BTH-1 Standards: Design Category “B”, Service Class “2”.

These Permadur Large Plate Handling Systems are typically designed with our 1500 and 3000 Power Pacs to handle Plates ranging in thickness from 3/16” to 2” in thickness.

4’ x 8’, 5’ x 10’, 6’ x 12’ Plate Sizes
These Permadur Small Plate Handling Systems are typically designed with our 250 and 330 Power Pacs to handle Plates ranging in thickness from Gauge Material to 1”.
