The PI-4000-PRO peripheral roll-on machine is a fully electric servo operated machine. No change gears or pulleys are required for different diameter parts. The machine is ideal for caps, number wheels and dials. The standard machine is equipped with an adjustable ramp load system which can accept a wide variety of part thickness and diameters up to 3 inch. Electronic laser registration to part features such as lugs, keyways and printed marks is available. There are no hard stops or mechanical adjustments on the machines. All set-up parameters are accessed through the operator interface or through built in ethernet or devicenet ports. The machine will directly interface with most PLC's.
