All Permadur hot stamping and heat transfer heads are available in kit form which is designed for integration into multi function automation projects. Kits are supplied as fully functioning heads with single axis servo control panel and nema 4 control box supplied loose with 8 feet of cable from the control box to the head. Operator interface panel is also supplied with cable for mounting anywhere on machine. Electrical panel may be removed from the supplied box for inclusion in main control panel. All Permadur machines include servo feedback force sensing. There are no hard stops or mechanical adjustments on the heads. All set-up parameters are accessed through the operator interface or through built in ethernet or devicenet ports. Will directly interface with most PLC's or can be triggered by supplied isolated contact closure with the machine returning a busy signal for the duration of the cycle.
